The engraving floor includes Hell K5-XL and K5 machines with sprint engraving capability, plus a Hell K5 Smart with Xtreme engraving head for fine screens and demanding artwork.
That kit supports flexible packaging, pharma micro lettering, barcodes, and decorative work where depth and screen structure must match the ink and substrate.
Engraving is never a standalone step here — it sits between copper polish control (190–210 HV) and hard chrome (950–1050 HV), then substrate proof before the cylinder leaves the plant.
